Great to meet you!

Don't hesitate to email/call if you need a different date/time than is listed as available. I can be flexible with scheduling :)

I am a triple board-certified nurse practitioner who brings warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Women’s Health & Adult-Gerontology in 2018 and continued to expand my expertise by completing a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2025. My educational background also includes undergraduate degrees in both psychology and nursing, reflecting my long-standing passion for understanding and supporting the whole person — mind and body.

I have worked with a wide range of patients, including those in hospice care, correctional institutions, women’s health, and geriatrics. Through each of these roles, I have developed a strong belief that mental health is just as essential as physical health when it comes to overall well-being.

When I'm not in the clinic, I find joy at home in northern Nevada with my husband and our two beloved pups, Patsy and Cowboy. Whether spending time outdoors or simply enjoying quiet moments together, I believe in nurturing the same sense of balance and well-being that I encourage in my patients.

“Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” – A.A. Milne

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported. With a warm and approachable style, I strive to meet people where they are and partner with them in their healing journey—always emphasizing kindness, dignity, and trust.
