Great to meet you!

I really believe in people's ability to find solutions to their challenges. I use neuroscience principles and offer sincere, accepting care to my clients. I am trained in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and in Collaborative Problem Solving. I actively use the modalities of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also implement several aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Experiential Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each individual has their own strengths and I am careful to pay attention to the complexities of each situation. I approach the working relationship collaboratively and tailor interventions to match their goals and learning styles. I highly encourage outside of session exploration and practice of concepts we discuss.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, clients can expect to review and ask questions about the parameters of the therapy I offer. They will share why they are seeking therapy and identify some of their hopes and needs. We will begin to explore supports they can implement in their daily lives.
