I take time to truly listen and understand your experiences, values, and goals. Together, we will discuss any difficulties, symptoms, and treatment expectations to create a plan that feels both achievable and supportive . My style is warm, non-judgmental, validating, and direct when needed. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported, even through life’s most difficult moments.

This initial appointment typically lasts 45 minutes and provides the foundation for a treatment plan that feels supportive, individualized, and grounded. You’ll always understand why I recommend something and how it works. Together, we’ll identify clear goals for treatment, whether that’s relief from anxiety, better focus, more stable moods, improved sleep, or support with trauma, OCD, or eating concerns.

We’ll explore:

• Your current symptoms, stressors, and concerns
• Your medical and mental health history
• Past experiences with medications or therapy
• Sleep patterns, energy levels, appetite, and mood
• Lifestyle factors that may be affecting your mental health
