Great to meet you!

Working as a school counselor with children, teens, and families gives me a unique insight into the dynamics of relationships. I have always been in tune with my mental health and am gratified when I connect with others to empower them to focus on theirs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to direct clients in identifying and changing unhelpful, automatic negative thinking that contribute to and worsen their emotional difficulties. Sometimes our stigmatizing thoughts can prevent us from moving forward, and we get 'stuck'. I help clients break free by altering thought patterns and behaviors that are holding them back. The goal? Living life with feelings of positivity, joy, happiness, and more productive habits.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to experience warm, inviting, and open interactions encouraging honesty, deep thinking, and gentle, timely risk taking. When clients need a push, I do it in a safe, objective way.
