Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Jennifer- I became a clinical social worker because I believe lasting change happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered in their own story. My goal is to always keep people safe and connected to the right level of care.

Clients I work with often describe me as both practical and compassionate: someone who can help with day-to-day coping skills while also making space for the bigger questions of identity, meaning, and growth.

My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore what’s been hard, reclaim your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more steady, authentic, and aligned.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both practical and reflective. I believe healing happens when we combine immediate coping tools with space to explore the deeper patterns and experiences that shape us.

I draw from evidence-based practices to help you manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, while also integrating somatic strategies to calm the nervous system and build resilience. For clients carrying trauma or grief, I also bring in depth-oriented and relational approaches that allow us to make meaning, reclaim strengths, and restore a sense of self.

I view therapy as a collaborative process: you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, structure, and new perspectives.

.Above all, my aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood, experiment with new ways of coping, and move toward a life that feels more steady, authentic, and aligned.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin to get to know each other. It’s a time where I want to gather information about you, your history and why you decided to take the step and come to therapy. I let you share as much as you’re comfortable, trusting that we will start working on what is important to you at this time. You may also get any questions you may have about me as a therapist and how therapy might look, if you’re new to this.
