Great to meet you!

Hi there, and welcome! As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about helping you navigate the challenges of substance use and grief. Because grief is so much more than just losing a loved one, I am here to help you process those losses and find healing. Together, we will build on your natural strengths, learn practical coping tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is highly collaborative, eclectic, and deeply rooted in natural conversation. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I adapt my style to match your specific needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to best support you. Because healing starts with a genuine connection, our sessions will feel like an open, non-judgmental dialogue where you are fully heard, validated, and safe to explore life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start by establishing a comfortable, safe environment and discussing the legal and ethical boundaries of confidentiality. The core of our time will be a collaborative conversation focused on understanding you, exploring your background, and identifying what brought you to therapy. Toward the end, if we both agree that we are a good therapeutic fit, we will work together to establish goals and determine how frequently we will meet.
