Great to meet you!

If you're carrying grief that doesn't look the way people expect, or you're ready to be honest about your relationship with substances, you're in the right place. I'm an LCPC and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with more than 10 years of experience, and I specialize in grief in all its forms: not just losing a loved one, but the loss that comes from a diagnosis, a relationship, a sense of self, or a version of your life that no longer exists. Together, we'll figure out what healing actually looks like for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is highly collaborative, eclectic, and deeply rooted in natural conversation. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I adapt my style to match your specific needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to best support you, including ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Because healing starts with a genuine connection, our sessions will feel like an open, non-judgmental dialogue where you are fully heard, validated, and safe to explore life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by going over the basics of confidentiality: what stays private and what doesn't. From there, I want to hear from you. We'll have a real conversation about what brought you in, what your life has looked like, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. If we both feel like we're a good fit, we'll close by setting some initial goals and figuring out how often to meet.
