Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jenni! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered to explore your authentic self in a safe, non-judgmental space. I believe you are the expert of your own life — I see my role as a supportive "copilot" who walks alongside you on your journey toward growth and self-discovery.

I prioritize culturally sensitive, feminist therapy that respects and honors each client's unique background, identities, and context. I especially love working with teenagers, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals — a community I'm proud to be part of. I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and questions of identity, and I earned my Master's in Counseling from Texas Woman's University.

My approach to therapy

Collaboration is at the heart of my style. We'll build treatment goals together that align with your values. Depending on what you need, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-focused CBT, relational and attachment-based approaches, interpersonal therapy, and art therapy, because sometimes what's hardest to say is easier to express another way.

Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, depression, trauma, or something you can't quite name yet, I'm here to offer support, guidance, and a genuinely non-judgmental space to work it out together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you're hoping to gain. We may start building a treatment plan to guide our work together, and I'll share more about my approach and answer any questions you have.

My goal is for every client to feel seen, heard, and valued. Starting therapy can feel stressful and scary — I hope to show you it doesn't have to be that way. I'd love to help you build resilience and cultivate a more fulfilling, authentic life.
