Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC and have been practicing in mental health since 2012. I use my sense of humor and down-to-earth personality to build a caring and supportive atmosphere. My goal is to empower my clients on their journey to healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I realize that everyone is different. I do my best to use feedback to help guide future sessions and goals. I believe that working together is an essential piece of the therapeutic relationship. I think it is important to evidenced-based treatment as as such use techniques from: acceptance-commitment therapy (ACT), behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI). I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

My initial goal is to get to know you and build a trusting relationship. Together we work on developing goals and a plan to help you reach them.
