As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings including schools, community mental health agencies, and private practice. I use a combination of client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to assist with healing wounds and helping clients fulfill their unique potential.

Starting therapy is an important step in becoming and feeling your best self. We all struggle in life, but we are not meant to do it alone. That is where I come in - I offer a safe space to work through whatever you are dealing with. A place where you can feel heard and understood. We will together work to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. Most importantly, we will build on your strengths so you can learn to apply them towards healing, growth, and change.
