Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience across diverse clinical settings, I offer thoughtful, compassionate support for individuals and families navigating life’s more complex seasons. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. Together, we create space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change—so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and whole.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in truly understanding your story. I believe that feeling heard, supported, and cared for is the foundation for meaningful change.

In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and compassionate space where you feel empowered to grow and move forward. I integrate client-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches to help you gain insight, understand different parts of yourself, develop practical tools, and create lasting, meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is an important step toward feeling more like yourself again. While life can feel overwhelming at times, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We will begin exploring what brings you in, your experiences, and your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll work toward gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, while also identifying and building on your strengths to support meaningful growth and change.
