Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have over 18 years of experience working with children, adults, and families who have been diagnosed with mental health challenges along with substance abuse disorders. I specialize in working with the adolescent population but also enjoy working with adults and families. I enjoy seeing individuals set goals and meet them and be successful navigating daily challenges using the skills obtained in therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empowering, and solution oriented. You are the expert on your life, and I will partner with you to better understand yourself, identify meaningful goals, and develop coping skills that fit your needs. You can guide the pace and direction of therapy while I provide direct support and practical guidance along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. I will send you a form beforehand so I can come prepared and we can make the most of our time together. From the start, you can expect a welcoming space where we focus on what you hope to change and how we can help you get there.
