Great to meet you!

I specialize in conditions like ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. These can significantly impact an individual’s ability to function - making some days feel like an uphill battle. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you in creating change that feels realistic and meaningful for your life.

My approach to therapy

I am formally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Both approaches are skill driven and proven to help people build resilience and regain control over their lives. Together we will explore your challenges so you can develop the insights and skills needed to overcome them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where they feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. In session, I work with you to understand what’s beneath the surface, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

Adult DBT Skill Training Groups held Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30pm
