Great to meet you!

After working in business and administration, I found myself asking myself deep, existential questions—questions that didn’t have quick answers. At the same time, people began turning to me with their own questions, seeking guidance I hadn’t yet found for myself.

So I began the journey inward and learned how to effectively help me and you! Becoming a therapist has taught me so much about what it means to be human. It's a privilege to invite others to show up as their full, authentic selves, and to walk beside them as they reconnect with their own inner wisdom and strength.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with compassion, warmth and curiosity. It's very important to me that you experience safety with me so you can acknowledge your own experiences and find your way to inner peace. I specialize in hurtful relationships, anxiety and depressive symptoms, and trauma, especially religious trauma or spiritual abuse. I am non-religious yet have a background in religion so I understand the nuances of religion and belief.

What you can expect from me

Firstly, I hope you feel seen and heard following each session. Secondly, I work to empower you toward the life you want, discovering yourself and your desires along the way.
