Great to meet you!

My name is Jennifer Solis, I am an APRN with nineteen years of nursing experience, including a background specializing in Neonatology. My time in the NICU inspired a passion for supporting mothers through perinatal and postnatal mental health challenges. I earned my PMHNP degree from St. Thomas University in 2025 and previously graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2017 with my Neonatal Nurse Practioner degree. I am also dedicated to helping individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to support their mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment. I focus on evidence-based care while considering each person’s unique experiences, goals, and lifestyle. I believe in working closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term emotional wellness and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment during their first session. We will spend time discussing your concerns, personal history, and goals so I can better understand your needs and experiences. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and ensure you feel comfortable and heard. Together we will also discuss possible treatment options and next steps to support your mental health journey.
