Hi there! My name is Jennifer Sotolongo and I am a Florida Licensed Mental HEalth therapist - I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, extensively trained in Family systems, and Trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist. As a clinician I am honored to create a space for my clients to feel empowered in getting to the root cause of their mental health struggles and emotional difficulties.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In therapy, my approach is person-centered - always placing the spotlight on client-specific needs and letting my clients lead the way in setting goals and achieving the relationships they've always dreamt of having with their highest self.
