Great to meet you!

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 19 years of clinical experience. Her current areas of specialization include anxiety and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

Her approach is skills-based, structured and short-term — it is different from traditional talk therapy. Sessions are grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and include a system she developed called Create the Win — a practical framework that helps clients reclaim awareness, agency, and choice over their own minds, one small win at a time.

You don’t need a formal ADHD or anxiety diagnosis to work with her. Many of her clients simply recognize patterns of burnout, avoidance, or emotional overload and want concrete tools to move forward — not just insight, but real change in their life.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions you get to know each other, complete a biopsychosocial assessment, and clarify the goals you want to work toward. Clients often share that they feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. Her style is warm, grounded, and collaborative.

There’s nothing more fulfilling for her than watching someone shift from stuck to in motion — and realize they had that capacity all along. When you’re ready to take that next step, she would be honored to help you.
