Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed therapist with experience supporting teens, couples, and adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse-related challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and practical tools that support lasting change.
I hold a Master’s in Education from National Louis University and a Master’s in Counseling from Lakeland University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a middle school teacher, which deeply shaped my understanding of adolescent development, family dynamics, and communication patterns. That background allows me to meet clients where they are and support growth in realistic, meaningful ways.
As a parent of six, I understand the real-world pressures of family life and bring that lived experience into my work. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens, adults, and families can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
