I am passionate about helping people from all backgrounds, who are struggling with their mental health. This includes depression, anxiety and dealing with past trauma. My approach is to meet people where they are and guide them to who they desire to be. There are many ways to reach success, many ways to ease the distress of anxiety and depression. Mindfulness is just one of the tools that I believe is helpful to finding relief from the distress of many mental health struggles.
