Great to meet you!
I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your life.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and other challenges. My work has also given me the opportunity to support clients who may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to express what they are experiencing.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine compassion into my work. I also believe that therapy can be both supportive and practical. Sometimes you need a safe place to process what you're going through, and sometimes you need help understanding patterns, developing new skills, or figuring out what comes next.
Most importantly, I want you to feel like you can be yourself in the therapy room. You don't have to have the "right" words, know exactly what you need, or have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can work through that together.
