Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. Early in my career, I discovered an interest in helping people who have been impacted by trauma. I have been fortunate to work with – and learn from - many clients throughout the United States.
My approach to therapy is based on research and what has been shown to be effective. I specialize in depression, sleep problems, life transitions, PTSD, and grief. In our initial sessions, we will discuss treatment options and make a shared decision about how to proceed.
