Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with people across all stages of life—from children and teens to adults and older adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone—we’ll work through it together. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative—we’ll work as a team to understand what’s going on, process difficult emotions, and find ways to move toward the life you want. I focus on helping you build insight, strengthen communication, and feel more empowered in facing life’s challenges. For those who want it, I also offer a faith-based Christian perspective as part of our work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and focus on you—your story, your goals, and what’s been weighing on you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll start identifying what matters most to you and create a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and not so alone in what you’re facing.
