Great to meet you!

I have a masters degree in social work. I've worked with various populations but primarily with teens and young adults who struggle to regulate their intense emotions. I also have training in modalities related to trauma resolution.

My approach to therapy

I like to take an integrative approach to working with my clients - using various approaches specifically tailored to my clients needs. I work with my clients to change undesired behaviors and feelings by exploring the unconscious meanings behind these behaviors, identifying and reconstructing unhelpful thoughts, and using a variety of evidence based skills.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have a better understanding of why they think, feel, and behave the way they do after sessions with me. They can also expect to learn new, practical, applicable life skills to change their situation and achieve their mental health goals.
