Great to meet you!

If you’re reading this, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage the stressors in your life. You don’t have to navigate this alone, and you’re in the right place to begin.

I use a thoughtful, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, client-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also incorporate a strengths-based, psychodynamic lens to meet each client where they are and support meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to meet clients where they are, while creating a safe and supportive space to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll focus on building comfort, understanding your concerns, and moving at a pace that feels manageable, so you leave feeling supported rather than overwhelmed.
