Great to meet you!

Tabula Rasa Psychotherapy, is 100% telehealth, providing virtual & phone sessions. I thoroughly enjoy working with a diverse population, including, but not limited to high-achieving professionals, Women of Color, older clients facing change of life transitions, & transgender clients in all phases of transition. I aim to provide a genuine, warm, and non-judgmental approach to help you learn new ways to live a healthier, cohesive & more fulfilling life. I am currently licensed in both NJ and FL.

My approach to therapy

As a client-centered Therapist, with an emphasis on multigenerational, structural, and strategic theoretical orientations, I will help you explore your childhood for an understanding of how your past experiences and generational lessons may have impacted life choices and behaviors in the here and now. Since no one person is alike, I implore a myriad of therapeutic techniques as a way of tailoring my therapeutic approach to the individual client.

What you can expect from me

With a warm and insightful yet humorous approach, clients can expect to receive feedback, when warranted, unconditional positive regard, professionalism, support, consistency and effort on my part. Clients can look to also receive clarity and empathy with respect to the presenting problem. If you care to know more, feel free to view my website: www.tabularasapsychotherapy.com
