I have experience with crisis intervention to self acceptance and everything in between. When you are ready to tackle the obstacles that keep getting in your way of a fulfilled life, please contact me!

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is to use cognitive-behavioral therapy that is client driven and focuses on gaining awareness of thinking mistakes and cognitive distortions.

Most importantly, I will meet you where you are at and build from there in the direction you need to go.
