Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves support and the tools to reach their full potential. My work is especially rooted in trauma and women’s mental health, areas I was drawn to both through personal experience and advanced training. I am certified perinatal mental health and EMDR trained, allowing me to offer focused care to people navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and trauma recovery.

I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—from medical hospitals and emergency rooms to primary care offices and fast-paced tech start-ups—where I helped scale access to therapy and deepen my understanding of how mental health intersects with everyday life. Today, I primarily work with millennials, women facing burnout (especially those in healthcare), new moms, and individuals navigating ADHD or OCD.

My approach to therapy

I bring a direct, compassionate, and often humorous approach to therapy. I’m the kind of therapist people turn to when they’re ready for a push toward meaningful change, but I’m also a consistent cheerleader—someone who offers unconditional positive regard and truly believes in your ability to grow.

I draw on modalities like EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), using them to help clients understand the roots of their challenges, explore the impact of past experiences, and build personalized skills they can use in real life. I believe healing happens at the speed of trust, and I center your inherent wisdom every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a deeper understanding of how their past experiences are showing up in the present, tools to break out of old patterns, and strategies they can use between sessions to create real momentum. I work with people to get clear on what matters most to them and build a life aligned with their values—not anyone else’s. You can expect a blend of insight, accountability, and emotional support that meets you where you are while encouraging real growth.
