Great to meet you!

You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you better understand what's happening and create meaningful change. I work with teens, adults, and couples, providing a supportive space where you can explore challenges, build new skills, and move toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients gain insight, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for managing life's challenges.

As both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a school counselor, I bring extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through difficult transitions and emotional challenges. Clients often appreciate my balance of empathy, honesty, and active engagement in the therapy process.

I provide virtual therapy throughout Colorado in both English and Spanish. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion while helping you move toward meaningful growth, I'd be honored to support you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be real—without feeling judged or analyzed from a distance.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A balance of support and honest, direct feedback
  • Help understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns
  • Practical tools alongside deeper insight
  • A collaborative approach—we figure things out together

For couples, we focus on improving communication, increasing emotional understanding, and rebuilding connection—even when things feel stuck or tense.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, I will gain a sense of what your current mental health challenges and goals are. I believe that the client/therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy, so I will invite you to let me know what your previous experiences in therapy are (if you have any - none is required!), what you hope to experience from therapy, and the conditions you need to feel most comfortable in our sessions if you feel that we are a good fit.
