Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! I earned my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and am a National Certified Counselor. I use a wellness-based eclectic approach in counseling clients focusing on the many barriers and complications that come with life including mental illnesses, relationship issues, trauma, phase of life issues, etc.

My approach to therapy

I typically practice from a grounded, calm space and use humor and levity when it fits.

What you can expect from me

Counseling can change people’s lives for the better and can even saves lives. Each client is unique and deserves individualized care based on their life experiences, challenges, and goals. I strive to create a safe environment where individuals feel comfortable processing feelings and needs, and working towards goals. I welcome you with an open mind, empathy, and support in achieving peace and balance in your life.
