Great to meet you!

You have probably been managing this longer than you let on, to yourself or to the people around you.

I work with people across every stage of life, from children and teenagers to adults and seniors, and I have been doing this work long enough to know that no two people carry things the same way. Whether you are navigating anxiety, processing something painful from your past, managing shifts in mood, or simply trying to figure out who you want to become, I want to help you get there. My goal is to help you find the version of yourself that you actually want to be.

My approach to therapy

I think of therapy as an ongoing conversation, and what matters most to me is whether it is actually working for you. We will look at what is helping and what is not, and we will adjust as we go. Our work together will focus on what is keeping you stuck, whether that is the weight of past experiences, the anxiety that follows you through your days, or grief that has not had anywhere to go. I am especially experienced in helping people work through trauma, and I care deeply about making that process feel safe and manageable at your own pace. If something is not clicking, I want to know, because this is your therapy and it should feel that way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will ask about your past, your present, and what you are hoping for in the future. We will also talk about what you enjoy and, honestly, what drives you nuts. I want to understand the full picture of who you are, not just the part that brought you to therapy. I offer sessions both in person and via telehealth, so we can find an option that fits your schedule and your life. If you are ready to take that first step, I would love to connect.
