Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in depression, anxiety, and stressful life transitions. My goal is to make counseling as safe and comfortable for you as possible to ensure you are able to benefit from the process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a prescriptive ability to alternate between modalities as well as incorporate tools, techniques, and goals into each session. I generally have a Solution-Focused CBT/DBT approach that focuses on emotion regulation, cognition and behavior, as well as stress management.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to teach the clients how to assess and manage their symptoms outside of the session to encourage a continuation of your wellbeing. I am goal-oriented and always have your needs as my main priority during our time together.
