Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jennifer, a biracial therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I work with professional women navigating life transitions, toxic work environments, and burnout. As an anxiety specialist, I help clients understand what's driving their stress and build realistic tools to manage it — not just push through it.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical approach to helping women understand what's driving their anxiety and burnout. Together we'll work on the patterns that keep you stuck — perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome — and build coping skills that actually hold up under stress. I provide a safe space for you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to get to know you as a person, not just your symptoms. We'll talk through what's been going on, how it's showing up in your day-to-day, and what brought you in now. From there, we'll start identifying realistic goals and naming the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
