Great to meet you!

Understand. Heal. Grow. We can do this together.

My website:

Hello, I'm Jennifer. My style is gentle and accepting, and I work at the pace that is right for you. I enjoy supporting clients as they discover a sense of hopefulness within life's challenges. In my free time I love being in nature, reading, spending time with people I love, researching and studying the potentials of the human mind, and creating art.

Sometimes even the strongest and wisest people among us need help to work through life’s challenges. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, trauma, life transitions and adjustment, relationship issues, or any other issue, there is support available. You are not alone! We can work together in helping you create a more fulfilling present life.

Please visit my website for more information. My website contains detailed information about my practice, including an explanation of what a typical session might look like, and can help you determine if you think we would be a good fit:

My approach to therapy

My clinical orientation is integrative, with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS Level 1), somatic (body-centered) therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness therapy, and nature-based therapy. I also incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping, breathwork, and qi gong into my practice.

What you can expect from me

My approach is client-centered, meaning that I believe every person has their own internal source of wisdom, healing, and strength to draw upon. You are the captain of your own vessel flowing through the journey of your life, and my goal is to support you as you grow.
