I am a Licensed Independent Social worker in Ohio. I earned my Masters in Social work from the Ohio State University. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, trauma, and adjustment. I'm experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults.
My approach is to provide a safe space where my clients can feel heard, understood, appreciated and empowered to pursue the change they are seeking.
I have experience working with CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT. I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience.
