Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Psychologist in private practice with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a deep commitment to helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. My path into psychology was shaped by a long-standing curiosity about the human experience and a passion for supporting others through life’s challenges.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings—including community mental health centers, hospitals, and academic institutions—which has given me broad experience and a flexible, compassionate approach to care. These experiences have equipped me to support clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns.

I specialize in working with adults and adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationships, parenting, trauma, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and relational and trauma-informed frameworks. I tailor our work together to your unique goals, strengths, and pace. I believe a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I strive to create a safe space where you can feel supported and empowered.

Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I’m honored to be a part of your journey. If you’re ready to take the next step toward clarity, resilience, and growth, I welcome you to reach out. We’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

My hope for our first session is that you feel heard, understood, and supported—and that you leave with techniques or strategies that help you feel more in control of yourself and the stressors you’re facing. We’ll begin by exploring your current challenges, strengths, and goals. I believe it’s important to clearly understand your experiences, what you hope to achieve and to help you feel confident in how our work together aligns to your goals.

As therapy progresses, clients often report gaining greater clarity, practical tools for managing stress and emotions, deeper self-awareness, and an increased sense of agency in their lives. Whether you're addressing a specific issue or pursuing long-term personal development, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.

Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. If you’re ready to take that next step toward clarity, balance, and personal growth, I warmly invite you to reach out. Together, we’ll create a path toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected.
