Great to meet you!

I completed my Master’s degree in Social Worker from University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration and have gone on to pursue training in perinatal mental health. I enjoy working with clients with anxiety, perinatal mood concerns including infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and adjustment to parenthood. The majority of my career has been focused on hospital and hospice settings.

My approach to therapy

I strive to cultivate a safe environment in which to explore vulnerabilities and expand upon natural strengths and resiliencies. I consider diet, movement, and mindfulness as essential elements to restoring a sense of balance and genuine connection to self and others. I draw primarily on behavioral therapy (CBT) and take a solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

What you can expect from me

My focus is on holistic health and relational well-being. We will consider diet, movement, and mindfulness-based practices as essential elements to restoring a sense of balance and genuine connection to yourself and others.
