Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I work exclusively with female clients ages 14 and up, and whether you're navigating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, or a major life transition, you don't have to figure it out alone. My focus is on helping you build real skills, process what you've been carrying, and move toward a life that feels more like you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), because I believe learning to shift the way we think about situations is one of the most powerful skills a person can develop. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy — and I'm certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

But the techniques only go so far — the relationship is everything. I put a lot of care into building genuine trust so you feel safe enough to really open up and explore the things that are hard to say out loud. I'll gently challenge you to think about situations differently, and I'll ask you to practice outside of our sessions too. Therapy isn't just what happens in the room — it's what you do with it between appointments.

What you can expect from me

Many clients leave their first session feeling lighter — just having a dedicated space to put the messy thoughts and feelings can be a relief in itself. I'll work to create a warm, trusting environment where you can share your story, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build coping skills that actually fit your life. We'll go at your pace, and we'll do this together.

Current availability: Mondays 4pm; Fridays 12pm, 1pm
