Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story at your own pace and reconnect with hope.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, childhood wounds, betrayal, and the lasting effects of narcissistic or emotionally unhealthy relationships. I also enjoy supporting people of faith who are working through spiritual wounds while preserving or rebuilding a healthy relationship with God.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California and an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in Oregon. I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for greater peace and freedom, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that lasting healing happens when we address the deeper experiences that shaped how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I help clients understand the underlying patterns that keep them feeling stuck and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I primarily integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients process painful experiences, strengthen self-compassion, regulate their nervous system, and develop healthier relationships. Therapy is always tailored to your unique goals, personality, and life experiences.

Whether we're healing childhood wounds, recovering from relationship trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, or working through spiritual pain, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can be authentic without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you experience greater emotional freedom, healthier relationships, increased resilience, and a stronger sense of who you are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope will be different as a result of our work together.

I'll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any important life experiences so I can better understand the whole picture. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and discuss a treatment plan that feels right for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come. We'll move at a pace that feels safe, and there is no pressure to share more than you're ready to. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling understood, encouraged, and confident that you don't have to face your struggles alone.
