Great to meet you!

Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and it's hard to know where to begin. Whether you're struggling with depression and anxiety, recovering from trauma or domestic abuse, navigating relationship difficulties, coping with ADHD, or facing a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone.

I hold a Psy.D. from William James College (formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology), where my training focused upon individual psychotherapy and neuropsychology. My professional experience includes faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Drawing on expertise in psychotherapy and neuropsychology, I combine extensive clinical experience with an integrative approach tailored to each client's unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and curious. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we will work to explore the challenges you're facing, to build insight and resilience, and to help you reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good fit for working together. We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the challenges you are facing. I'll ask about your personal history, relationships, and other experiences that may help me better understand your unique perspective and the factors contributing to your current situation.

Of equal importance, the first session gives you a chance to ask questions, learn about my approach, and decide whether you feel comfortable working with me. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals for therapy and discuss how we can work collaboratively toward meaningful, lasting change.
