Great to meet you!

My name is Jennifer Wolf, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, college, career difficulties, peer relationships and executive functioning.

My approach to therapy

We all need a bit of support in our lives at one time or another. Reaching out for support by finding a therapist is a courageous first step toward reaching your personal, professional or family goals. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started!

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing, including some background information to help me get to know you as well as what brought you to seek therapy. This will assist me in creating a tailored, individual plan with specific goals for us to work through in our future follow-up sessions together.
