Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2000. Over the years, I have worked in both direct practice and leadership roles for community mental health agencies. My extensive experience shines through in my approach to therapy. My belief in the potential for growth and the importance of self-discovery is the foundation of my practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that as human beings, we all deserve to be the best version of ourselves. As we strive towards this goal, there may be blind spots that need help shedding light on in order to move forward and grow.

What you can expect from our first session

Being a therapist has always been my passion, and I would be honored to join you on this journey of growth and self-discovery. I especially enjoy working with couples and guiding individuals through life transitions. As your therapist, my purpose is to empower you to uncover the best version of yourself.
