Great to meet you!

Therapy doesn't have to feel complicated. I'm a bilingual English/Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience helping people work through anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, substance use, and life’s difficult moments. I want therapy to be a place where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel heard without judgment. I’m compassionate and straightforward, and while there’s plenty of room for understanding, I also believe in accountability. Together, we’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck and work toward real, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We look at the patterns that may be getting in your way and work together on what you can actually change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure you feel comfortable with me. We’ll review your intake paperwork, discuss expectations, confidentiality, and other important information, then talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re looking for in a therapist. From there, we’ll begin identifying your goals and how I can best support you moving forward.
