Great to meet you!

Welcome! As an LPC, my goal is to provide compassionate, client-centered counseling to support individuals through life transitions, emotional struggles, and personal challenges. Together, we will work to identify goals, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change.

I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring your personal values, experiences, and goals. Counseling is a partnership, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to counseling, what’s been challenging, and what you’d like to work on. Together we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.

Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about next steps. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to begin your counseling journey.
