Great to meet you!

Congratulations on prioritizing your mental health!

As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I believe it is possible for humans to integrate their mind-body spirit. Giving and receiving goodness and kindness in any type of relationship creates a reciprocal cycle of joy, enhancing relationships and personal well-being. The intention is to build a functional life that would contribute to feeling a sense of self-fulfillment as learning and growth is possible through life experiences. I offer English or Spanish or bilingual sessions. I see clients aged 5 to 99 and have been treating individuals (children/adolescents/young adults), couples, and families. Same day or less than 24 hours advance booking available upon request. For out-of-network or self-pay, please go to my Psychology Today profile.

My approach to therapy

Clients need a space where they feel safe and listened to, which is why I use an integrative approach that includes person-centered, holistic, plus different theories/evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Humanistic, and Relational approaches. Neuroscience, neuropsychology, neurobiology, and psychoeducation are used to help clients understand the importance of self-care as part of the stimulation and functionality of the brain, so that emotional regulation is more doable. The client will have the option to integrate faith as a tool. I also help the client learn tools, such as boundaries, direct communication, mindfulness, and nature walks for empowerment, and recognize the need for a teamwork effort perspective. Same day or less than 24 hours advance booking available upon request. For out-of-network or self-pay, please go to my Psychology Today profile.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable. I will do my best to offer a welcoming, safe environment that is full of empathy, respect, kind regard, open-minded. I offer a space where you will be able to be you without fear of being judged. You will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve from counseling. We will work together as a team, and I will help you make your goals a reality, and ensure that learning, growth, peace, and joy is obtained from your life experience and relationships. Same day or less than 24 hours advance booking available upon request. For out-of-network or self-pay, please go to my Psychology Today profile.
