Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor who provides a supportive, engaging space for clients working through challenges. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches tailored to client needs to support healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting veterans, first responders, and their family members as they navigate trauma, PTSD, and the unique emotional impact of service. I also work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a nonjudgmental space where we begin to understand what brought them to therapy by exploring their concerns, relevant history, and what they hope to gain from treatment, while also identifying initial goals together. Each session is guided by a clear agenda to support focused, outcome-oriented progress. By the end of the first session, clients typically leave with a plan for next steps and the beginning foundation for meaningful work ahead.
