Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University. I support clients with diverse needs and challenges, and have significant experience assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic stress, and the psychological and emotional impacts that arise during various stages of life. I offer a client-centered, strengths-based approach where the focus is on fostering practical, sustainable, long-term solutions. I’m committed to helping you navigate life with intention, insight, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the connections we make with each other as human beings—those moments we all share, both large and small—can change how we experience the world. It is with this collaborative spirit that I support clients in setting and meeting their goals to live their best life. Whether through processing trauma utilizing methods like EMDR and IFS or focusing on the present and how you interact with your environment, I consider it a privilege to be part of any client's mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

We will collaboratively examine how your unique experiences are influenced by both internal and external stressors. We’ll also delve into unconscious patterns and emotional dynamics to help you gain valuable insight and a richer understanding of yourself. Through this process, we’ll identify effective strategies to support you in achieving your goals and fostering lasting improvements in your well-being and everyday functioning.
