Great to meet you!

Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed or deeply concerned about life situations, conflict, change, or a loss. Maybe you don’t even know how you feel but know it is time to reach out for help. Maybe you are missing something in the past or feeling not up to the future. You are not alone in this. These moments are some of the most important in a life, and it is easier to face them with support. “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” -Carl Rogers.

My approach to therapy

I am a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing individual and couples therapy to adults in NY state. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, process grief, and develop new ways to work with conflict and stress. My therapeutic approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming and integrates ACT, humanistic, and relational modalities.

What you can expect from me

Together with clients, I create a space to honor feelings that come up in the moment, work with existing values and beliefs, build self awareness and some new skills, and eventually create a more meaningful life.
