Jenny Canales

Hi! My name is Jenny Canales, and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of TX. I have been in the helping profession for 8+ years and my clientele have ranged from the ages of 5 to 71. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, chronic mental illness, and ADHD. I have also helped people who have experienced many forms of trauma, as well as survivors of human trafficking.

My counseling style is warm and engaging, with a focus on the therapeutic relationship needed for our work together to be meaningful and effective. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, no matter what your background is or the details of your story. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and client-centered counseling.
