I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New York, Colorado, and Tennessee, with over 10 years of experience across the field of psychology. My background spans both mental health and medical health settings, where I've had the privilege of supporting individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan, from early adulthood through late adulthood, and working with a wide range of populations along the way.

I approach treatment with empathy, compassion, and dedication, walking alongside each individual through their journey toward growth and a more fulfilling quality of life. I draw on a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches tailored to each person's unique needs, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I encourage those I work with to challenge themselves, including their perceptions, perspectives, and behaviors, as we assess level of functioning together and explore additional paths toward meaningful solutions.
