Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I especially enjoy working with millennial women who are used to keeping everything together for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. My approach is practical, collaborative, and evidence-based. Drawing from CBT, I help clients understand patterns, manage anxiety and stress, and develop tools that make a difference in everyday life.

I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relaxed, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with DBT and mindfulness-based strategies, while tailoring our work to your specific needs and goals.

Together, we’ll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you feel more in control without adding another thing to your already-full plate.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to change, and the patterns that may be contributing to your anxiety or stress.

You won’t be expected to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, with greater clarity about what you’re experiencing and a sense of where we can go from here.
