Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting women through anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach is practical and evidence-based, drawing from CBT to help you understand patterns, manage stress, and make changes that carry into daily life. I often work with women who are used to holding a lot together, but feel overwhelmed underneath.

I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relaxed, collaborative, and focused on what is most useful to you. I draw from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while tailoring sessions to your specific needs.

We’ll work together to identify meaningful goals and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I focus on helping you build practical skills to manage stress, respond to difficult thoughts, and navigate challenges with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to offer a space that feels focused, respectful, and genuinely helpful—where you can talk openly, gain clarity, and leave with tools you can use right away.
