Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals navigating life's challenges. Fluent in both English and Korean, I offer culturally sensitive therapy that respects each client's unique background, values, and experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping clients feel heard and understood. I work alongside clients to build on their strengths, develop practical tools, and feel more confident and empowered as they move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can begin getting to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what has been weighing on you, what you hope to gain from counseling, and what feels most important to focus on. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you and begin identifying ways I can best support you.
