Great to meet you!
I am passionate about meeting people wherever they are in their life journey and walking alongside them at their own pace. I have over six years of experience working with adults, teens, and children on a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, trauma, and relational issues.
I incorporate motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) into my sessions while taking a collaborative, person-centered approach to treatment. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.
